1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

ToTo Food is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe digital environment for everyone who uses our Platform. We have a strict zero-tolerance approach toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of children is strictly prohibited on the ToTo Food Platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users, Merchants, Delivery Partners, and other Platform participants must not create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

This prohibition applies to all areas of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• User profiles and profile photographs
• Reviews, comments, and ratings
• Restaurant and Merchant listings
• Uploaded images or other media
• Customer and Partner communication features
• Support communications
• Any other Platform feature where user-generated content may appear

3. Detection and Prevention

ToTo Food may use reasonable technical and operational measures to identify and prevent prohibited content and behavior. These measures may include automated detection technologies, user reports, account reviews, and investigation by authorized personnel.

Where we identify credible evidence of CSAE or CSAM, we may immediately restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the relevant account and remove prohibited content where legally and technically appropriate.

4. Reporting to Authorities

ToTo Food will cooperate with appropriate law enforcement authorities and relevant child-safety organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.

Where we become aware of credible evidence of child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may preserve relevant information and make reports to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. User Reporting

If you encounter content, communication, or behavior on the ToTo Food Platform that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately.

Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal material. When making a report, provide as much relevant information as possible, such as the account name, Order information, or location of the content.

Reports involving immediate danger to a child should also be reported to the appropriate local law enforcement or child protection authority.

7. Cooperation and Account Actions

ToTo Food may take appropriate action against accounts involved in prohibited conduct, including content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and cooperation with lawful investigations.

We may also retain relevant information where necessary for security, investigation, legal compliance, or cooperation with authorized authorities.

8. Policy Updates

ToTo Food may update this CSAE Policy from time to time to strengthen our child-safety practices and reflect changes in applicable laws, technologies, or Platform features. Any updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
